Following are the wallets that I found on the Internet which are open-source, if you know any more then let us know through the comment box. Paper wallets are also iota offline wallet.
Midtskog’s Paper Wallet
The user on Github published this wallet and you can search for him on Github with the name “midtskog“.
It was first released in 2017 and has never been touched by anyone to date, code is safe on GitHub. You can either download .HTML file and run it offline or you can directly visit their online hosted link here https://midtskog.github.io.
Visit the link and wait for 2-3 seconds it will generate an address or wallet. You can either choose to print or save that on your computer.
There are six different colors available to choose from like Green, Cyan, Violet, Purpura, Magenta, and Gold. You can either choose Seed Store, Only QR, or Detailed Wallet to print or save.

Aran Cauchi’s Iota Wallet
This is another user from GitHub who developed and released his paper wallet for the IOTA community on GitHub but as of now on his profile, this code can’t be found.
Interestingly you can download the code from his live site hosted on GitHub.
Here is the live version of the code. Just visit the link and submit the SEED. The SEED can contain only upper case alphabets and the number “9”. It doesn’t cross more than 81 characters.
Or you can download the code from here (click and downloading will start). After downloading the code you have to open the wallet file and do not use the internet at that time.
How To Check IOTA Balance
To check the balance of your IOTA wallet you can use any IOTA-supported explorers. For example https://explorer.iota.org/legacy-mainnet or https://thetangle.org/.
