Every wallet depends on two keys one is private and another is public address (key). The public address is the address where you can send or receive BCH. And private keys is access to your wallet. Never share your Private Keys with anyone not even with your friend or family member and never store private key Online.

You may have an account on exchange sites and maybe you are using their wallets to store your coins. This is the biggest mistake done by newbies. Exchanges sites have your Private Key by using them they can steal your funds. Always store your funds in those wallets for which you have private keys.
