MSFTserver is another Github user who is dedicated to the Ravencoin project, he developed more than 10 open-source Ravencoin-based projects including Paper Wallet Generator.
The code or generator is not different enough from other wallets but some changes like cursor design make it different.
The wallet was developed and last updated on 1 August 2018 making it one of the oldest RVN paper wallets.
